To assist every client while improving their quality of life, encouraging independence where possible and empowering them to be confidant, comfortable, and safe in their own home —all while reinforcing they are in control of their lives and deserving of respect, dignity and compassion.

The need for quality in-home care is rapidly increasing as our aging population in Sandpoint and surrounding areas grows.  Seniors, more than ever, desire to age-in-place rather than uproot to a new, unfamiliar and expensive facility. This is especially true for families with cognitively challenged loved ones living at home, who rely on their familiar surroundings and routine for security and comfort.

Families who care for a loved one in their home, with dementia or Parkinson’s for example, can become overwhelmed and may benefit greatly from skilled outside help coming to relieve them for a full/partial day—at a reasonable cost.

I believe excellent, trustworthy and affordable in-home care may be an ideal option for many clients and their families. I offer care services to people of all ages and cognitive abilities. Not only would a client benefit from being able to stay in their own, familiar home but they would not be rushed through their daily routines, as can be the case at long-term care facilities.  This is of paramount advantage to clients with dementia or other diminished cognitive abilities –to be patiently assisted at home.
